3. Google API Services
eNOT uses Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, in internal tools that we operate for our own marketing (for example, keyword research and search volume planning). When you authorize one of these tools with your Google account, it may access Google Ads account data that you permit, such as account identifiers and keyword planning data.
- This data is used only to provide the tool's keyword research features to the authorizing user.
- It is not sold, not used for advertising to you, and not shared with third parties except as required by law.
- OAuth tokens are stored only on the operator's own device and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
eNOT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the service (such as website hosting and messaging providers), with government authorities and notaries where needed to complete your Power of Attorney, or when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete it.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@enot.ae.
