These Terms of Service govern your use of the website enot.ae and the Dubai PoA Online services provided by eNOT ("eNOT", "we", "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

eNOT helps clients prepare, translate, notarise and register Powers of Attorney in the United Arab Emirates. Notarisation and registration are performed by the competent UAE authorities and notaries; timelines shown on the website are estimates and depend on those authorities.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information and documents.
• Make sure you have the legal right to grant the Power of Attorney you request.
• Do not use the website for unlawful purposes or try to disrupt its operation.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown by the cost calculator are estimates. The final price is confirmed with you before work starts. Government and notary fees are charged at cost.

4. Intellectual property

The website content, design and trademarks belong to eNOT or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

We provide the website "as is". To the extent permitted by law, eNOT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or decisions of government authorities.

6. Privacy

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
